A note from Julien
I’ve been working in AI since 2023, when this company started as KnightAI. From May to August 2026, I stepped back from the business to complete an internship at Deloitte, focused on forward AI development engineering.
What I learned that summer led me to redefine our offer, rebrand as Gaumont Consulting, and build a team of AI experts to join me.
Our goal as a team is simple: we want to be your reference point for AI, the partner you think of first when it comes to artificial intelligence.
